Gold and Platinum are available on request. Width and Length of each item are indicated in millimeters. Please check the item dimensions before ordering, we cannot accept returns due to misinterpretation of dimensions. Prices: All prices shown are for online sales only and are fixed prices worldwide. We cannot accept Japanese online purchases. Japanese buyers can order from the various distributors in Japan. A list of retailers in Japan is available here. Sizes: We offer one free sizing at the time of purchase. Please fill the required information with the size you need according to the measures applied in your country: United Kingdom sizes: available from A to Z (with 1/4 sizes graduations) United States sizes: available from 1 to 13 (with 1/4 sizes graduations) Other countries: a) Diameter from 12mm to 22mm (with 1/4 sizes graduations) b) Circumference: 40mm to 70mm (no graduations) Sizes bigger or smaller than shown above (and if possible) will incur an extra charge: please e-mail us for availability and cost before ordering. Please note than very large rings sometimes cannot be made in very small sizes and very small ring designs cannot be made in large sizes. In the event of this situation occuring ,we will e-mail you to let you know what are the options. Returned items for sizing will incur a £25 charge plus postage. Please check your ring size carefully before ordering to avoid the extra charge for a second sizing. Shipping and handling: Please note that each item is hand made in our London workshop. So, delivery time may vary according to the time of the year. Orders are expected to take between 10 and 15 days approximately. Shipping is payable as shown in the checkout section. No other options are available. Claims for damages or loss in transit: All our goods go through three stages of inspection before being safely packaged, we cannot accept any liability once your order has left our premises.
